Shipping Policy:
We will make every effort for your order to deliver within three to five business days. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days up to 3:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) are generally shipped the same day. Make note that weekend orders that are placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM CST will be processed first thing on Monday morning. If there is any issue with your order, our customer service department will call you to advise you about your situation. We will do everything in our power to accommodate and ship your items as soon as possible.

Our shipping department uses the most reliable, fastest, and safest shipping method possible (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS). We ship worldwide and fees will be based on destination, size, and weight of your items. Our system will estimate all shipping charges after you input your shipping address. If an order is refused due to incorrect address information, we will have the right to retain all shipping fees on your regular and free shipping orders.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Buyer pays for prepaid shipping.
